1. Eligibility
To sell on CardPlay you must be at least 18 years of age, have a verified account, and be approved through our seller application process. CardPlay reserves the right to decline or revoke seller access at any time.
2. Listing requirements
Listings must accurately describe the item, including condition, edition, language, and any notable defects. Counterfeit or altered cards are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account suspension.
3. Fulfilment
Sellers are expected to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout. Failure to ship or repeated shipping delays may result in account warnings or suspension.
4. Fees
Fee structure to be published before launch. CardPlay will give sellers reasonable advance notice of any fee changes.
5. Disputes
In the event of a buyer dispute, sellers are expected to respond promptly and provide any shipping evidence requested. CardPlay's dispute resolution decisions are final.
